This supplement is life changing! My wife and I just recently had our first child and I’m sure a lot of people know how once you add another body to your program, shit can hit the fan real quick. Honestly I am scared to mess with my stomach and this is my fault. But the directions to take 2 people with food make me believe it may cause a flare up
