Hands down this is the best multivitamin I have ever taken. I’m 44 and this just helps. I am currently in law school and did not have this my first semester and I was not feeling myself. I was exhausted and just always felt drained. This last semester was so different. I was awake, and ready for each class. It’s hard enough doing this at my age. Taking supplements that keep you going when you’re under a tremendous amount of stress is life saving. The only negative is I buy three bottles at a time because auto shipping is not free and when I went to order last it was out of stock. I was so nervous. Thankfully it was back in stock before I ran out.

All u have to do is compare it to most drug store Omegas and you will find that you would have to take 4 or even 6 of them to match the dosage in Full Mega.

This supplement is life changing! My wife and I just recently had our first child and I’m sure a lot of people know how once you add another body to your program, shit can hit the fan real quick. That’s where I was a month ago. New kid, new job, new responsibilities, and a lot of new expenditures. After a couple long conversations with my wife we both agreed I needed to find a way to decompress but everything I used to do to manage my stress seemed to not work for me anymore. Exercise had lost its luster, I stopped fishing, I started losing sleep. And then I found this. After about 2 weeks I started to feel level again, I started sleeping better, I could go to work and not feel like the world was on my shoulders, I was no longer filled with that day to day dread.

Say what you want about this supplement, maybe it doesn’t work for everyone but I can say that it saved me. And now a lot of my family members, 9 or 10 of us are taking it now with the same results across the board.

Honestly I am scared to mess with my stomach and this is my fault. But the directions to take 2 people with food make me believe it may cause a flare up
