HOW TO USE
PRIMAL-T
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning. For additional benefit, on training days take two (2) capsules one hour prior to workout. Use Primal-T in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
NIGHT-T
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

So far so good
I've been using this product for about 3 weeks and have noticed that I have more mental clarity, energy level is better and sex drive has improved. Compared to other similar products, I chose this because it seemed cost wise to be better than others and I support all things from 1st Form as they are an honest company with incredible customer service.

Great stuff
This is excellent alternative or for those who are on the fence about TRT. I felt a difference after about 3 weeks and being over 40 years old, every little increase of energy is vital.

I feel like a new man
I was feeling sluggish and lacking motivation. Always tired at the end of the day.
