As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning. For additional benefit, on training days take two (2) capsules one hour prior to workout. Use Primal-T in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
CONQUEST HD
As a dietary supplement, take six (6) capsules of Conquest HD™ in the morning with your first meal of the day. Use Conquest HD in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle.

So far so good
I've been using this product for about 3 weeks and have noticed that I have more mental clarity, energy level is better and sex drive has improved. Compared to other similar products, I chose this because it seemed cost wise to be better than others and I support all things from 1st Form as they are an honest company with incredible customer service.
