Not gonna lie, it looks like swamp water when you mix it up, but the taste is amazing and the health benefits have been awesome for me. No more acid reflux, lots more energy. Well I guess I could but I don't want to. I feel so much better when I am taking the Micro Factor. I sleep better, I have more energy, and I swear my digestion is better. If I miss it for some reason i can tell the difference in my mood and my sleep. Great product highly recommend.
All u have to do is compare it to most drug store Omegas and you will find that you would have to take 4 or even 6 of them to match the dosage in Full Mega.
