I read on your blog that Ignition/Phormula-1 should not be used directly after a cardio workout. Why is this? I do a lot of running and I am trying to lose some weight. I do some lifting but I am really just trying to be lean and not looking to put on a lot of muscle. I guess my basic question is how should I be using Ignition/Phormula-1 most effectively if I do mostly cardio workouts?

None of my friends are in very good shape, but they all say it’s genetics and they can’t help it. They told me that there is no way I could get in shape and lose fat eating six times a day. Is this true?
