I have been reading about how to get in shape. I know I should be eating 5 or 6 times a day and exercising about 6 days a week. The problem is I have no time. I wake up at 6am and don’t get to bed until 11pm and I’m running nonstop the whole time. What can I do to get results without having to exercise and eat so much?
