Amplify Strength, Delay Muscle Fatigue, Increase Muscle Cell Volume

ALPHACre HD™

With each intense rep of your training you are working towards your goal of becoming a stronger high-performance athlete! But when it comes to muscle growth and sports performance, how you fuel your training makes an enormous impact on your overall results. The ability to energize your muscle fibers with more power and stamina will allow you to train harder and longer, and increase your gains. ALPHACre HD™ accomplishes this by combining two powerful muscle buffers, creatine and beta-alanine, so you can take your strength, power and sports performance to its peak!

Creatine is an energy source found naturally in the human body to stave off muscle fatigue. Creatine is a powerful muscle cell volumizer, and one of the most well researched and time proven sports supplements known. Increased creatine levels in the body allow for ATP regeneration and act as a supply of immediately available energy for you during training. This amplified energy allows you to increase the maximal force production of your muscles during intense training. With effective supplementation of creatine, the body depends less on glycolysis (the metabolic breakdown of glucose into energy), reducing lactic acid to effectively minimize muscle fatigue.

Beta-alanine is an amino acid derivative aimed specifically at increasing your body’s carnosine levels, which will enhance your training performance, workout volume, power and overall gains. Heightened carnosine levels have been shown to increase the body’s ability to resist muscle fatigue by functioning as a powerful H+ buffer in muscle cells.

When these two powerful ingredients are combined in ALPHACre HD™, creatine and beta-alanine create a synergistic effect that is far more powerful and will facilitate far greater performance improvements than stand-alone creatine or beta-alanine products. If you’ve tried other creatine or beta-alanine products in the past, be ready to be blown away with your performance when you work ALPHACre HD™ into your training.

The double-tap of beta-alanine and creatine in ALPHACre HD™ will increase aerobic capacity and endurance, as well as your anaerobic power output and overall strength levels making it an ideal supplement for all types of athletes.

ALPHACre HD is guaranteed to help you amplify your performance to the next level! *

AlphaCre HD Key Ingredients

Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is an energy source found naturally in the human body to stave off muscle fatigue.  It is a powerful muscle cell volumizer, and increased creatine levels in the body allow for ATP regeneration and act as a supply of immediately available energy for you during training.

WHY COMBINE THEM?

When these two powerful ingredients are combined in ALPHACre HD™, creatine and beta-alanine create a synergistic effect that is far more powerful than stand-alone creatine or beta-alanine products.  Together, they will increase aerobic capacity and endurance, as well as your anaerobic power output and overall strength levels.

Frequently Asked Questions About AlphaCre HD™

There's other forms of creatine out there … why creatine monohydrate?

Truth is there are dozens of forms of creatine out there and available for use as dietary supplements … creatine malate, creatine ethyl ester, creatine hcl, and the list could go on and on here.  When we were formulating Alpha Cre HD, we opted to go with micronized creatine monohydrate primarily because creatine monohydrate is one of the most well-studied and proven sports supplements available.  Heck, almost all of the studies I can find showing creatine to be an effective sports performance supplement have been conducted using creatine monohydrate.  It's not a fad product with a marketing angle on it … It' a proven ingredient that has truly stood the test of time.  That's very important to us here at 1st Phorm as that's what we are all about … formulating and bring to market proven and effective products.  We didn't want to bring some cockamamie version of creatine ethyl hydro whatevermakesitsoundbetter malate out that's powered by theory, with no science behind it… That's not cool.  We'll leave that to the other guys. :)  If you want a proven, effective product … We've got your back!

What does ‘Micronized’ mean in reference to creatine?

Because creatine monohydrate does not fully dissolve into water, it will have a tendency to sit in the bottom of your glass and go down with a somewhat gritty texture (almost like drinking a glass of water with a little sand in it).  By using micronized creatine monohydrate, which is cleaved into particles up to 20 times smaller than standard creatine monohydrate, we were able to alleviate a lot of that gritty texture.  Don't get me wrong … micronized creatine monohydrate will still not fully dissolve into water (that's science no getting around that) … but using a micronized product will make a HUGE difference in texture and overall mixability.  That aside, using a micronized creatine monohydrate brings quite a few performance benefits about as well.  Because the particle sizes in micronized creatine monohydrate are much smaller and offer substantially more surface area it will lead to much quicker uptake by the body and much more efficient assimilation rates.  Because micronized creatine monohydrate goes thru several extra steps in manufacturing to make the particles smaller, you end up with a more pure product that assimilates more efficiently and doesn't sit in your stomach and leave you with that bloat that some other creatine products you might have used in the past left you with.

II’ve heard of football players passing out from using creatine … Could that happen to me?

Failing to stay properly hydrated can cause anyone to pass out … but it will be even more exacerbated when it's someone who's performing intense physical exercise.  Drinking enough fluid to stay properly hydrated is fundamental for everyone, but especially athletes who are using supplements such as creatine, which require an increase in fluid intake.  It's natural for someone to try to draw conclusions and say it's the fault of the creatine when in reality, it isn't the creatine at all … but rather a simple lack of staying properly hydrated.  Working supplements such as creatine in that create an increased demand in the body for water and then not meeting that demand can lead to symptoms of dehydration such as cramping, nausea, dry mouth, etc.  For this reason we recommend that anyone using a product containing creatine (AlphaCre HD, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate, or any other product containing creatine on the market) always consume a minimum of 120 oz of water daily.

Why was Beta-Alanine added to this Creatine product?  And what does Beta-Alanine do?

Beta-Alanine was combined with Micronized Creatine Monohydrate in AlphaCre HD to improve upon the effects of taking creatine alone.  Both beta-alanine and creatine are powerful, proven sport supplements.  Beta-Alanine is an amino acid that attaches to histidine within the body and is a rate-limiting precursor to carnosine which means that carnosine levels are are directly limited by the amount of beta-alanine available in the body.  By supplementing with beta-alanine, you boost the synthesis of carnosine.  During high intensity exercise, significant amounts of hydrogen ions (H+) build up in the muscle cells, causing the pH to drop and create a burning sensation and causing muscle fatigue.  By increasing the amount of beta-alanine in your body, you increase your body's ability to produce carnosine, which then helps stave off muscle fatigue, further increase endurance and increase anaerobic capacity so you can train harder and longer and improve overall athletic performance.  Stacking beta-alanine and creatine in a product like AlphaCre Hd was almost a no brainer for us in the lab … Two powerful, proven ingredients that both fight muscle fatigue and increase training endurance … The ultimate one-twp punch!  You can't go wrong!  I could talk to you until I'm blue in the face about how awesome this combination is, but the best way to find out is to try it for yourself in AlphaCre HD … you won't be disappointed - I promise!

Why does it say to drink 120oz of water a day while using creatine?

Creatine is a powerful muscle cell volumizer that attracts water to it within the body.  As your muscle cells assimilate and store the creatine, it draws water into the muscle cell as well.  This helps to volumize and saturate the muscle cells with water, but it also creates an increased demand for water within the body.  To compensate for this increased demand, we always recommend that anyone using any products containing creatine also consume at least 120 oz of water each day.  Doing so will allow you to reap the full benefits of the creatine product that you are using, whether it be AlphaCre HD, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate, or any other product on the market containing creatine.

Why does it say to avoid taking caffeine products and creatine at the same time of the day?

Both caffeine and creatine create an increased demand for water with in the body.  Caffeine is a natural diuretic and creatine is a cell volumizer attempting to draw creatine, water and nutrients into the muscle cell.  Taking both at the same time would not allow the creatine to do it's job properly … If the creatine is attempting to draw nutrients and water into the muscle cell while at the same time, caffeine is flushing it out of the body, you won't have the water there that you need and therefore will not be able to draw the water into the muscle cell that you need in order for creatine to function and do it's job properly.  taking these products at laternating doses will not pose a problem … Simply drink your coffee in the morning and take your creatine in the afternoon pre/post-workout.  By that time the caffeine will have runs it's course, done it's job and exited the system.  Unless you are chugging coffee or energy drinks day in and day out … It won't be a problem.

What is this tingling sensation when I take AlphaCre HD? … Am I having an allergic reaction?

No, you are not having an allergic reaction.  In fact, this tingling or prickling sensation is totally normal when you first begin taking products containing beta-alanine.  This tingling is called parathesia and occurs as beta-alanine begins binding to nereve receptors in the body and causing them to fire.  Because these nerves sit below the skin it causes a "pins and needles" effect.  This will begin about 20 minutes or so after you ingest a product containing a full efficacious dose of beta-alanine and will continue for an hour and a half or so.  The intensity of this sensation varies greatly from person to person … some feel it for hours and hours, others for short periods, and even others not at all.  This isn't a sign of the product working or not working, it's simply a chemical reaction within the body.  If you find this sensation uncomfortable, consume some carbohydrates when taking your AlphaCre HD.  Consuming carbohydrates with beta-alanine at the same time will help reduce or eliminate this sensation (and also actually improve the performance of beta-alanine within your body).  For most people, after a couple weeks or so of using a beta-alanine product, this sensation will subside, but experiencing it when you first begin taking a product with beta-alanine is completely normal.

I already use Phormula-1 and Ignition to help build muscle.  Should I take creatine too?

That is completely up to you if you want to work a creatine product into your routine.  If you are looking for a boost in performance in the gym, increased muscle volume and size, I can tell you that creatine would be a great supplement to work into your routine, whether it be from a stand-alone product such as AlphaCre HD or simply from putting some Micronized Creatine Monohydrate in with your Phormula-1 and Ignition after your training.  I can tell you that you will notice a night an day's difference in your training as well as in your overall muscle cell volume by properly supplementing with creatine.
